Shipping Policy

shopmadambutterfly.com offers one low rate for each of three shipping options within the U.S.

• Every attempt will be made process and ship your order the day the order is received, however orders received on weekends or after 1:00 pm PST on a business day, may not be processed until the next business day. Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 2-5 days of receipt. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email with a delivery confirmation.
• Please be sure your address information is accurate and complete (include apartment and/or suite numbers).
• Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to the size and/or weight. You will be notified of any changes before shipping.
• All orders are shipped via UPS.
• We require signatures on all deliveries. Please note UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package. If the package is undeliverable after the third attempt, the package is returned to shopmadambutterfly. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address.
• We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO,FPO or anywhere outside the continental U.S.
• Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $12.00, over our regular rates and may take an additional 5-10 days for delivery.
• Please note some items may be out of stock. We will make every attempt to contact you and give you the status if an item is backordered.
• Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.
• Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge.
• In the case of returns or exchanges, shipping is not refunded.
